30-day right of return

You can return items within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. The items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, including accessories.

How returns work

1. Within the 30 days, write to us at info@hfxsolutions-avagliano.ch with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. We’ll send you the return address and all further information.
3. Send the items back well packaged. We recommend a tracked shipment.

Return shipping costs

The costs of return shipping are borne by you. This does not apply to defective or incorrectly delivered items – in that case, we cover the costs.

Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we refund the purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method. We refund the original shipping costs if the entire order is returned.

Exchange

Would you like a different colour or a different model? Return the item as described above and order the variant you want again – that is the quickest way to get it.

Damaged or incorrect delivery

If your sunglasses arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us with photos within 7 days of receipt. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
