4. Shopify and other service providers

Our shop is operated on the Shopify platform (Shopify International Limited, Ireland, and affiliated companies, including in Canada and the USA). Shopify processes your data on our behalf in order to provide the shop, the checkout and payments. Further information: shopify.com/legal/privacy.

For payment processing, we pass the necessary data on to the respective payment service providers you select at checkout. For shipping, we transmit your name, address and, where applicable, email address or telephone number to logistics and shipping service providers and to delivery partners who ship the goods on our behalf.

Personal data may be transferred to countries outside Switzerland and the EEA, in particular to Canada and the USA and to the countries of our delivery partners.
