Finding the right size

Sunglasses fit well when the frame is roughly as wide as your face at its widest point, your eyes sit centred behind the lenses and the temples don’t press.

The key measurements

• Total width: from hinge to hinge. Most of our models measure between 135 and 145 mm – a medium size that fits most faces.
• Lens height: determines how much area the lenses cover.
• Bridge: the distance between the lenses above the nose.
• Temple length: typically 135 to 145 mm.

Tip: compare with your own glasses

Lay a pair of glasses that fits you well flat and measure the total width. Compare it with the information in the product details. Where measurements are given, you’ll find them there.

Which shape suits which face?

• Round face: square and angular frames such as Massif, Serac or Solis add structure.
• Square face: round and oval shapes such as Lenz, Firn, Meridian or Solene have a softening effect.
• Oval face: almost any shape works – from the Theia cat-eye to the Foehn aviator.
• Heart-shaped face: light, rimless models such as Elyse or Heliodor create balance.
